The below plan shows the opportunities and constraints that the design team are taking into account when designing the new school. It is recognised that the boundaries with the surrounding properties are sensitive and therefore the proposals will seek to retain existing trees along the boundaries and locate the proposed building centrally within the site to allow high levels of separation to neighbouring properties.
